Ingredients:

8 corn on the cobs
6 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Method

Combine the butter, coriander, chilli powder and cumin.
Rub the ears of the corn evenly with the mixture.
Grill the corn for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush with warmed sticky American barbecue glaze.
